Pilates Habit aims to provide classes for all levels of clients, to help you become more confident and in control of your body and movements, increasing awareness, overcoming challenges and developing your areas of strengths.  The variety in content, focus and use of small props, such as the magic circle, bands, balls and rollers, keeps the classes fresh and engaging.

At Pilates Habit, we are not just about workouts; we are about forming small positive habits, where the benifits accumulate over time, taking you on that upward spiral to wellness and transforming your life.

Through our classes, challenges and workshops, Pilates Habit wants to provide you with the knowledge, support and encouragement to install the small but important habits in your life.

Every choice we make has a knock on affect to how we feel, look, perform.  If we get a good sleep, its more likely we will make better food choices the next day, have more energy to exercise and feel calmer in ourselves!  Therefore to attain true wellness we must take a holistic approach and look at all areas of our lives.

Hi there, I'm Lynsey

I am a qualified Pilates instructor and Occupational Therapist with over 20 years experience.

I have always loved sports and fitness, however in more recent years, having 3 children, a busy life, a few health scares, I have realised the true benefits of looking after yourself.  Health really is your wealth.  And I want to be able to enjoy a fulfilled, active life for as long as possible.

Our choices can either take us closer to our wellness goals... or further way down that slipper slope.

That is why I developed the Pilates Habit community; to educate you, support you and encourage accountiblity, so that together we can make those small steps and install the positive habits.

So come and join we on this upward spiral to wellness, one small positive step at a time.
